Job description
The role of AIRFREIGHT EXPORT OPERATOR will be responsible for handling all export Airfreight shipments from start to finish.
Your tasks and responsibilities
+ To coordinate all aspects of daily airfreight export operations
+ To process all export airfreight documentation accurately and within agreed timeframes
+ To process all KN pre-alerts (KNIE) and job registrations
+ To issue invoices to customers accurately in line with agreed rates and quotations
+ To complete pro-forma claims for damaged or pillaged cargo.
+ To ensure that all costs and rates are updated
+ To ensure that all export customs procedures are adhered to
+ To negotiate airfreight rates, transportation and handling costs when necessary
+ To support with internal staff whenever
+ To perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned
Your skills and experience
+ Working Place - PUS Office
+ Native fluency in Korean is required
+ Good command of written and spoken English
+ At least 1 year of airfreight export experience preferred
+ In depth knowledge of airfreight export procedures
+ Dynamic personality and service-oriented
+ Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Good organizational skills and proactive working manner
+ Good Communication skills – Verbal, Written and Telephone Skills
+ Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Logistics related preferred
+ Proficient in Microsoft office products – Outlook, World, Excel, PowerPoint
