·  How do manufacturers ensure finished goods leave the port in time for delivery to their destinations? Our air freight operation team works closely with customers and customs brokers to ensure loading and export clearances are executed on schedule. Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Accept export bookings and complete all system entry requirements accurately and on time.
·  Deliver the highest level customer experience at all times with a clear focus on customer service + retention.
·  Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure all export clearance tasks are completed correctly and on time.
·  Implement and follow customer SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) at all times.
·  Ensure correct data quality within internal systems at all times.

Your skills and experience

·  To be successful in this position, you prefer to have 2 years above working experience on airfreight export customer service. Acting as an airfreight customer service, you will be the first contact window with our customer. You need to be familiar with air export process, proficient in Microsoft Office and operations system. Effective communicating skill and good customer service attitude is must for you to handle this job.
