Your RoleYou will responsible for ensuring that our customers' experience is a positive one every time they engage with Kuehne+Nagel. Main responsibilities: direct interaction with our customers, proactive customer service, problem-solving, customer follow up, interaction with our sales colleagues.
- providing activities related to the procurement of air logistics transport in the customer care subdivision,
- active communication primarily with customers and also with business partners, handling companies and our branches in the world,
- intensive and regular communication with colleagues from the sales department,
- negotiating transport conditions,
- management of transport-tariff tasks and evaluation of transport indicators,
- maintaining regular contact with customers,
- providing consulting services to customers,
- management of forwarding cases, timely provision of invoicing and archiving of documents.
Your Skills and Experiences
- fluent in Slovak and English language,
- at least 2 years work experience in the field of air freight transport,
- excellent communication skills,
- responsible approach to work,
- advanced level of MS Office,
- team player.
