Job description

Manage Airfreight Export duties in Tokyo; maintain high service level for Tokyo export shipments and related to brokerage, warehousing or local handling services.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Assist to Customer Service and Supervisor.
• Create, Search, Provide or File document to internal or external request.
• Learn and use system tools effectively.
• Accurately produce required supporting document to services provided.
• Assist to business colleagues on request.
• Update system or document in a timely manner .
• Participate in all training and meeting with objectives for quality and performance improvement.
• Act with sense of urgency rather than treating works or requests as routine.
• Self coordinate and organize works with third parties to fulfill customer requirement.
• Report, Record complaints of service failures to Customer Service or Supervisor.
• Inform, communicate self or service problems effectively to Customer Service.
• To know the Kuehne + Nagel Airfreight Guidelines and stickly adhere to them.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

Your skills and experience

·  Experience in Air freight forwarding preferred
·  Polite Business Japanese language proficiency to liaise with Japanese clients
·  Intermediate English language proficiency (TOEIC score 500 or above equivalent) to manage simple English communication with destination port and understand internal announcements
·  Customer oriented mindset (Professionals from Hotel, Retail, Call center industry are welcome)
