Job description


Job Title: Administration Clerk
Location: Milton Keynes
Vacancy Number: GB08709


What we're looking for:

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive administrative support role to the contract management team along with both internal and external customers. The role acts as first point of contact for enquiries into the contract both from staff and customers, handling all enquires appropriately and effectively and ensure that all administrative requirements are fulfilled.

What you'll do:

·  Timely completion of all shift reports and KPIs to the required standard

·  Liaise with suppliers and customers on all administrative queries and handling them efficiently and effectively; liaising with the customer and handling queries and complaints.

·  Be responsible for processing orders within the system Manage the system and associated transaction on the system

·  Maintain stock reports and stock statuses in the Warehouse Management System

·  Compile reports as required to agreed timescales and standards, complete booking and transport requirements for the customer

·  Ensuring all paperwork is maintained to the required standard, in regards to correct filing of documents and archiving when necessary

·  Perform all other duties that may be assigned

·  Provide general administrative support to the Contract management team as required

What you'll bring:

·  Comprehensive computer skill, including Excel and Word

·  Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

·  Previous administration experience

·  Good standard of English and Mathematics

·  Customer service

·  Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

·  Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations

·  Knowledge of transport regulations
