We are looking for highly motivated Account Technician who is willing to start a professional career in a recognized Insurance company. He/She will be responsible to maintain close relationship with customers and insurance companies, as well as supporting sales activities for company's growth and development.
Your tasks and responsibilities
· Provide administrative support and assistance on business development of NACORA's insurance products;
· Ensure ongoing and consistent customer service/satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer enquiries, issues, problems;
· Preparation of market consultation reports;
· Assistance and preparation of meetings with clients;
· Active participation in the preparation of insurance offers and follow up to clients;
· Negotiation with insurers;
· Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information, assuming the company's compliance standards;
Your skills and experience
· Degree in Economics, Business Management or similar;
· Eligible for professional internship IEFP;
· Fluency in English (speaking and writing);
· Spanish knowledge (preferred);
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office and ease in dealing with computer tools in general;
· Energetic personality, strong team player good Net-worker, excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, highly pro-active, customer oriented, supportive and self-motivated;
