Overview:

Providing full-time support to the Marketing Manager across the marketing mix on all 10 brands in this fast-paced, growing group of companies. This includes the graphic design of online and print collateral, digital marketing, campaign development, PR, and the management of agencies and suppliers.

Key Duties:

Assisting in the development of the group marketing strategy
Design and copywriting for digital and offline business collateral
Development of tactical marketing campaigns to generate sales leads
Statistical analysis of campaigns for presentation to internal stakeholders
Shared responsibility for brand consistency across a range of businesses
Helping to generate positive PR and award wins for the brands
Maintenance of websites, including SEO and basic HTML
Development and analysis of email marketing campaigns
Management of social media channels
Liaising with external agencies, providing clear briefs to maximise returns
Negotiation with printers and other providers
Assisting in the development of marketing’s profile within the group
Prioritising time and budgets by brand with guidance from Line Manager

Person Specification:

You will have digital and print design skills and knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite, HTML / CSS, SEO & PPC) - essential
You will either be a Graduate, or hold the CIM qualification or you will have 2 years+ experience in a similar role - essential
You will have excellent communication skills in all areas - written, verbal and visual
You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks
You will be ace at time management and the ability to prioritise
Problem solving and decision making comes second nature to you
