Ketosource is the #1 European leader of the ketogenic market niche. We're a 3-year old startup with a reputation for premium products, consulting and thought leadership. We also got Virgin Startup funded in our 2nd year of business - and have consistently exceeded growth expectations since Day 1 of business.

We have two business units in the company:
Ketogenic Products: We develop and retail premium dietary supplements, health foods and snacks.
Nutritional Consulting: We work with clients to optimise their metabolism. Goals include physical performance, cognitive performance, body composition optimisation and life extension.

WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE AT KETOSOURCE
The Customer & Community manager works with customers and the broader Ketosource community to ensure they get everything they need from us.

The customer & community manager works to achieve two main outcomes:
Ensuring customers get everything they need from us (help, troubleshooting, advice, etc.) and are ultimately ecstatically happy!
Building and helping a thriving and supportive Keto community via social media (facebook, instagram, linkedin) and live events (e.g. Keto London Meetups, Ketosource events and conferences)
This is an introductory role designed to provide broad exposure and a steep learning curve into the company and its activities. It includes close mentoring and working directly with the CEO on various projects.

YOUR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealing with inbound company communications (Phone, email) and being the front office of the company.
Investigate any patterns of customer problems that occur and identify permanent solutions we can put in place to proactively resolve them.
Manage and improve Ketosource’s social media (Instagram, Facebook groups & pages and Linkedin).
Help develop, organize and run Ketosource community events in London with the Ketosource Consulting team. (Living in London, UK or within traveling distance to London is thus beneficial)

WHEN YOU NEED TO BE AVAILABLE
The required hours of work for you in this role will be London Time (GMT):
Monday to Friday minimum of 10am to 4pm
Saturday and Sunday 1 hour per day (any time)
Specific times of community events (typically once per month on a Wednesday evening)
All additional hours can be done in flexible manner

This position is for a full-time internship, and includes the daily mentoring we have found to help you learn and grow quickly with the position.
