Job description

Key Responsibilities:

· Working directly with retail and buying to ensure standards, directives, key product focuses and VM strategies are correctly followed in all SMC Europe and Middle East Locations.
· Inspire and motivate the in-store visuals, creating an environment where the department objectives are met.
· Weekly visit all Europe and Middle East DOS locations to plan and execute floor-moves.
· Support in administrative office tasks such as travel trackers, shipping and receiving VM tools.
· Support stores with openings, events and VM trainings.
· Manage special project installations for locations.
· Managing store VM tool/mannequin inventory and tidiness.
· Order new VM tools for stores and maintain stock levels in local area.
· Promoting a professional image, being proactive and positive, adapting to changing work pressures.

·  A good creative understanding of VM, installations and event set-ups
·  An eye for detail
·  Able to work with constructive criticism
·  Experience within a luxury brand.
·  Europe and ME Field experience
