Role Mission


To be a passionate, engaging and proactive individual who can effectively identify varied sourcing techniques to acquire new talent and connect people with our amazing brand. This role will focus acquiring the best people for our retail stores

Key Accountabilities


· Deliver, develop and maintain an effective recruitment process for each vacancy in your cluster of stores, focusing on direct sourcing of candidates using online methods such as LinkedIn to various offline methods to identify target candidates and skills sets
· Review direct applications, qualifying if appropriate using appropriate screening and questioning for the role
· Manage job postings to ensure all open roles are advertised on the most appropriate job boards
· Conduct telephone screening, face to face interviews and assessment centres as appropriate
· Collaborate with the relevant HR Business Partners to proactively identify future acquisition needs
· Support the Talent Acquisition Partner in developing recruitment strategies for your client groups needs
· Conduct a comprehensive brief with the Hiring Manager ensuring all aspects of the role requirements have been effectively explored, to define the desired candidate profile including experience and skills
· Coach, advise and constructively challenge the Hiring Manager, if required to ensure a brief is clear, realistic, relevant and achievable
· Collect interview feedback for each candidate for the interview stages and inform them of the outcome when confirmed with the Hiring Manager
· Able to challenge constructively the Hiring Manager on CV's or interview feedback if and when required
· Manage the offer process, ensuring a professional and consistent experience for potential new hires. Work with the talent Acquisition Partner and HRBP to finalise details of the offer details & process, making a verbal offer to the candidate if required.
· Book and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless experience

Qualifications :

·  Love our brand and love meeting people
·  Ideally 2 years' experience in a retail focused recruitment role; In House or Agency
·  Ability to travel to stores and store neighbourhoods to understand the market and spot talent
·  Strong knowledge of the retail environment
·  The ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines within a fast paced environment
·  High energy individual who is positive, confident, passionate and flexible with a can-do attitude
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships
·  Demonstrates a passion for fashion and our product
·  Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
