Supply Chain Coordinator

Job description
· Handle domestic deliveries and oversea logistics among suppliers and customers
· Coordinate with suppliers on varies projects and orders to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met
· Supply materials and support our retail needs
· Maintain product record and price update
· Review and verify merchandise according to standard
· Keep records of activities engaged in distributing and returning materials between partners/suppliers
· Maintain inventory accuracy and system updating
· Ad hoc project assigned by Management
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· 3 to 5 years of experience with the jewellery industry
· Supply chain and logistic experiences is preferred
· Experience in sourcing will be a bonus
· Detail-minded, self-motivated, and able to work independently
· Organized, patient, be able to work under pressure
· Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
· Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a plus
· Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
