Role Mission

The trainee will have the opportunity to be involved in different processes and activities and gain experience while supporting and assisting the Soft Accessories Production Planning & Controlling Coordinator

Key Accountabilities
· Manage supplier database and product data
· Support the Soft Accessories Production team in realizing the sales catalogue
· Participate in the customer orders’ analysis in collaboration with the Merchandising team
· Compile the production launch
· Process purchases orders
· Draw up the production progress along with suppliers (via shared web application) for normal an
· special orders
· Support Soft Accessories Production Planning & Controlling Coordinator in managing reorders in collaboration with the Merchandising and Customer Service teams
· Collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure quality standards are maintained in the
· production phase
· Support Soft Accessories Production Planning & Controlling Coordinator in managing all logistical issues in collaboration with the suppliers until the finished product re-enters the warehouse
· Pick up production surpluses
· Collaborate with the Costing and Pricing Department to ensure that information on industrial cost is properly managed
· Take part actively in the activities related to show room and sales campaigns
· Collaborate in the management of merchandise assignments to the customers

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Key Requirements
·  Bachelor’s degree in Economics, High School Diploma in Textile would be a plus
·  Fluency in English and Italian, knowledge of another foreign language would be an advantage
·  Good knowledge of MS Office
·  Excellent communication skills, good eye for details and high level of accuracy
·  Fast learning and in-depth analysis attitude
·  Flexible, adaptable, proactive
·  Problem solving
·  Team working and good relational skills
·  Availability to travel (about 25%)
