ROLE MISSION

The Sap Developer ABAP is responsible for the design, development, testing & support for SAP Apps to meet the business needs. With his experience, he will also help the application development manager in managing the SI on-shore and offshore development teams. He will make sure the program guidelines and SAP best practice are respected.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Solution design, build, testing & delivery for pilot and rollout activities:

· Understand strategic business guidelines, program goals, timelines and the technical enablement function for the program
· Provide the technical point of view for Program Leadership and Advisory Board to arbitrate on solution design and configuration
· Contribute fully to the testing activities from the change & release perspective
· Review and revise technical designs to meet project requirements.
· Review program codes and correct ABAP program dev errors
· Manage design, development and implementation of SAP projects
· Develop technical specification
· Explain technical information to non-technical people
· Write the code using SAP programming language and performing regular tests on the usability of the code
· Participate to technical design workshops and ensures SI proposes and delivers technical solutions supporting and translating correctly business needs, IT simplicity and proper adoption of SAP solutions
· Help the team on core technical skills and lead and drive the onsite and offshore technical dev teams
· Participate in deep-dive technical aspects and control the development process across all domains
· Track the SAP developments from system integrator and make sure that they are according to the standards that we have agreed
· Knowledge on Quality check based on SAP best practice to adapt to local Kering standards; keep a quality check on the coding
· Eager to be aware of the new technicalities in the market.

SI/third parties' relationship management:
· Contribute to checking that SI/third party resources allocated to Project in his/her area are up to Kering's expectations
· Build the relationship with the SI/third party and other third parties in order to achieve Kering's goals
· Check that on his/her scope SI/third party and other third parties are producing the expected deliverables, following the agreed upon methodology, on time and at expected level of quality
· Hold SI accountable, at a sufficiently detailed level. Escalate issues when necessary Several past full lifecycle implementations of ERP. Managed onshore and offshore third party teams (SI).

KEY REQUIREMENTS


·  At least 3 years of experience in information systems and integration activities in SAP environment, preferably in multinational and multi-brand company
·  ABAP DDIC, Reports, ALV, BAPI, RFC, BADI, WebDynpro and Enhancements
·  Experience in:
·  ODATA
·  AIF implementation
·  ABAP proxies
·  ALE, IDOCs – configuration and monitoring
·  OOPS-ABAP
·  ABAP Workflow
·  monitoring ABAP proxies and troubleshooting
·  ADOBE, SMARTFORMS and SCRIPTS
·  BODS, LSMW
·  Sap CAR & FMS system & functionalities
·  Business rules manager (BRM)
·  configuring NetWeaver gateway services, OData services
·  SAP Transport management process
·  Hana Dev / CDS view / Calculation view / xsja knowledge
·  Understanding XML concept
·  Alert Framework
·  Object locks, log viewer, Authorizations stack, SSL certificate and security keys
·  Setup IDoc Adapter for destination systems. JDBC/RFC/SOAP/REST/WSDL/sFTP/AS2/EDI
·  HTTP/HTTPS
·  Sync/Async/Quality of Service
·  Proxy/reverse Proxy
·  Knowledge of SAP integration with SAP PI/PO and other systems
·  Basic Functional knowledge of MM, SD, FI, CO, Master Data
·  Fluent in English is mandatory, Italian and French as a plus.
