MISSION

As a Sales Associate of Saint Laurent your role will entail actively contributing to the store sales by providing a remarkable and memorable service to all internal and external clients. You will also support the management team through representing the Company upholding brand and image at all times.

BUSINESS DEVELOPER

· Maximize sales and provide excellent customer and after-sales service
· Actively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships
· Work with all internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented, collaborative, and versatile approach
· Open to providing high quality feedback and suggestions to improve the business to Management

TEAM PLAYER

· Play an active role in maintaining a positive and professional working environment
· Ability to work well in a team and willingness to support and assist your colleagues

BRAND PROMOTER

· Promote the brand's culture internally and externally
· Give tailor-made advice, answering customers' queries whilst meeting their expectations
· Consistently provide the highest level of professionalism, through all communication and teamwork
· Highlight the house differentiation by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and keep up to date with market trends and competitors
· Deal with and report all delicate situations regarding customer complaints to the Department Manager and/or consistently Assistant Store Director
· Actively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships
· Create your client book and update customer database consistently
· Build relationships with customers to encourage them desire the products and the brand in the long-term, through enabling them to feel at-ease and confident with the brand
· Build a network of people who have an impact on local and international luxury business in order to promote customer loyalty (especially with VIC/VIP)
· Maintain organisation, grooming and appearance of all areas respecting the visual merchandising standards
· Ensure that the image of the store is in line with corporate standards
· Guarantee an excellent customer experience

PROCESS SUPPORTER

· Support management with store processes to ensure compliance and follow-up
· Contribute to back of house operations, e.g. stock control and inventories
· Process customer transactions at the cash desk
· Receive and process customer deliveries, as well as prepare and organize deliveries and shipments to customers
· Adhere to all Company Policies & and follow all Company Operational Procedures
