ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio- cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.

ROLE

 

Perform Finance for the company, ensure the follow up of the performance not only Office also per store, in order to grow YSL business

Full support towards Finance team and cross function with other departments such as RETAIL, PR, VMD, MD, and HR to reach and exceed the company target by providing an accurate data on time.

 

MISSION

 

Collaboration with the team & Shared Service for the following,

 

- Reporting: Preparation of Retail Daily Sales vs Budget & LY (Local & HQ)

Wholesale (Weekly / Monthly /YTD)

 

- Cost Control:

l  Opex / Balance Sheet Management

1) Capex & Depreciation Management

2) Account Payable/ Account Receivable

l  GL/ Intercompany Management (Preparing Voucher)

3) Control Invoice issue process

4) Monthly/ Year-end Closing

5) External Audit

 

- Analysis

l  Forecast/ Budget

6)     Budget Control and Analysis

 

- Store Support

l  Store New Opening, Refurbishment etc.

7)     e.g: Credit Card Application

 

- Others

       8) Compliance/ Legal (along with legal team)

       9) Internal Control

      10) Inventory Control (Stock Taking & Inventory Adjustment)

 

PROFILE

 

- Bachelor’s degree education

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position in Finance at an international environment

- English (Business preferred)

- Analytical mindset and appetence for figures (Analyzing vs Budget/ LY (OPEX/ CAPEX)

- PC Skill: Excel (Pivot), Word, PowerPoint

- Accounting System: JDE, HFM, Concur (Preferable)
