Job Description

Our Mission

We are currently looking for External WH and Transport Coordinator who will join the Logistics area.

Your opportunity

The candidate we are looking will be in charge of the following activities:

External WH

·  Coordinate activities with external 3PLs
·  Costs analysis vs expected budget
·  Forecasting and capacity alignment with external 3PLs
·  Keep logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders
·  Monitor logistic KPIs, Maintain the KPIs dashboard and drive continuous improvement with LEAN approach
·  Accountable for the accuracy of the inventory
·  Coordinate year end stock takes with 3PLs
·  Manage the proper interactions among warehouse providers and internal teams (Operations, Finance, CS teams) in order to allocate stock, grant preparation and ship according to customer orders

Transport

·  Manage carriers portfolio on an international scale, holding regular performance review
·  Own transport KPIs and related reports
·  Analyze and control transportation costs
·  Comply with laws, regulations and Custom process
·  Review proposals and make recommendations and/or modifications in rates as needed 
·  Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies 
·  Serve as a liaison with internal depts by keeping them updated on the status of cargo being transported; prepare, review, approve and maintain files for export documents

Qualifications and competencies:

·  At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
·  Proactivity, problem solving and positive attitude
·  Time management and flexibility
·  Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments guarantying the deadlines
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
·  Good knowledge of ERPs (Stealth preferred)
·  Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
