How you will contribute
Join Kering FSSC-R2R team to support the finance function across China. You will engage deeply in core finance operations, and internal communications. This role offers an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on Finance experiece in the luxury sector and develop Finance professions.
· Perform month-end and year-end closing and reporting activities such as intercompany confirmation, reconciliation, and income/expense accruals to deliver quality and accelerated closing. In charge of management reporting in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and statutory reports.
· Fixed asset management including prepare & review of schedules, reconciliation, conduct periodic check on any disposal, obsolescence/ impairment of FA.
· Administrate and monitor all accounts, prepare monthly BS reconciliation, follow up open issues and take immediate actions.
· Support SAP FI/CO go-live and projects related to financial system optimization and upgrading, including data migration, UAT testing etc.
· Support all internal / external financial audits, tax audit and government audit related to Finance.
· Active involvement is required on ad-hoc assignments, process improvement initiatives and/or Kering Group’s transformation projects. Complete monthly statistics report, annual AIC finance disclose.
Who you are?
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance related.
· Above 3 years of accounting experience.
· Proficiency in reading and writing English
· Proficiency in Microsoft products, espetially Excel ; Working knowledge of Power BI would be a plus ;
· SAP operation experience preferred
· Strong sense of responsibility and proactiveness
· Strong communication skills, coordination ability
· Rigorous and responsive
· High teamwork spirit
