We are currently looking for a Sales & Operation Planning and Merchandising Business Process Owner Intern to join the Supply Chain Methods and Innovation team in Milan, a center of expertise able to support and collaborate with the Houses to establish best practices and to promote excellence in all our operations.

Job Description

Your opportunity

You will have the opportunity to be involved in several projects that aim to improve some key Supply Chain planning processes directly working with all the teams of our Fashion Luxury brands (Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Brioni).

How you will contribute

· 
You will work collaboratively with team members in the Sales Operations Planning and Merchandising areas, actively participate in discussions, decisions and all the project activities

· 
You will support in the continuous process optimization and improvement through:

· 
“AS IS” process analysis

· 
Process design

· 
Processes implementation and deployment through planning tools

· 
Testing and support during the User Acceptance test 

· 
Preparation and maintenance of project documentation

· 
Organization of trainings for final users

· 
Management issues and new requirements in operations

· 
Support in project governance activities

Who you are

· 
You are a graduate or soon to be graduate in Economics, Business Management, Engineering or related areas, a master’s degree will be considered as a plus

· 
You have a general understanding of Supply Chain principles

· 
You have excellent written and spoken communication skills, and can communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

· 
You are a positive team player with strong organizational skills and a problem solver attitude

· 
You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

· 
You have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

· 
You are fluent in Italian and English, both oral and written
