We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will report to the Customer Service Manager as part of our dynamic team in Trecate.
Job Description
Your opportunity
You will form an integral part of the Integrated Logistics Customer Service Department within the Integrated Logistics Business Unit, providing exceptional service to stores and internal clients. You will achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction through relationship management in cooperation with different departments within our company. This role will allow you to provide optimal customer service to the clients of our luxury brands.
How you will contribute

Provide top quality customer service by answering customer inquiries/issues as required
·
Support the design of processes and tools to improve our service towards stores and internal clients
·
Adhere to precision, quality, and timing standards to ensure the best quality service
·
Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations
·
Contribute to the development and execution of planned activities
·
Facilitate the collection of information to monitor business trends and opportunities
Who you are
·
You have a high school diploma, a university degree will be a plus
·
You are a customer service representative with at least a former experience in customer service or in a department liaising with customers, preferably in logistics
·
You have excellent written and spoken communication skills, and can communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
·
You are a detail-oriented person, able to regularly meet challenging deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks
·
You are an organized individual with proven ability to prioritize
·
You are an expert in using Microsoft Office tools with a strong command of Excel. The knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus
·
You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
