Your opportunity

Stiamo attualmente cercando uno/una stagista da inserire nel nostro team Financial Controlling che abbia un forte interesse ad approcciarsi all’analisi dei costi HR.

How you will contribute

·  Contribuire alla redazione della reportistica sull'organico in base alle richieste della direzione aziendale, in particolare della funzione HR
·  Supportare la funzione HR nel processo di pianificazione e calcolo dei costi del personale, lavorando a stretto contatto con gli HRBP di riferimento
·  Supportare il Financial Controller nelle attività di analisi dei dati relativi al personale ovvero nella progettazione e implementazione dei sistemi di reporting volti a monitorare e simulare l’evoluzione dei costi HR sulla base degli scenari organizzativi richiesti
·  Contribuire all'integrazione dei sistemi informativi per rendere i dati disponibili e fruibili

Who you are

·  Laurea Magistrale in discipline economiche (conseguita o in fase di conseguimento)
·  Ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel
·  Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
·  Una precedente esperienza in realtà aziendali strutturate sarà considerata un plus
·  Propensione all’analisi
·  Precisione
·  Affidabilità
·  Curiosità
·  Passione ed entusiasmo
