Job Description

We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant who will report to the Assistant Accountant as part of ou r Kering Finance Shared Service Centre (FSSC) team based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. This is a 12 months fixed term contract.

Your opportunity  

You will be providing accounting and administrative support for the UK legal entities of the Gucci brand.

How you will contribute

· 
Checking invoice coding and performing finance invoice approvals

· 
Business expense processing

· 
Support in VAT return preparation – export sales checks and C79 reconciliations

· 
Perform EC sales returns

· 
Preparation of intercompany payment run proposals

· 
Interfacing of intercompany sales and purchases

· 
Intercompany statement reconciliations – issuing i/c receivable statements and reconciling i/c payables

· 
Prepare store sales reports

· 
Concession payment allocation to accounts payable invoices

· 
Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations

· 
Dealing with audit requests
