ROLE MISSION
Support the HR Business Partners on Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Induction, Organization and general HRBP activities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Understanding organizational needs and turning them into clear job profiles
· Posting jobs and screening applicants cv
· Managing interview planning process
· Taking part to interviews or managing them directly
· Managing e-database and progress reports
· Managing the hiring and onboarding process and induction activities to new together with the HR Admin
· Taking care of other HR related tasks supporting the HR Business Partner
· Supporting the HR Business Partner into day to day strategic and operational activities
· Performing Job analysis, writing Job Descriptions, updating organization charts

Qualifications :
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· University Degree with outstanding results
· Master in Human Resources as a plus
· Experience in Talent Acquisition activities
· Excel and PowerPoint advanced skills
· Fluent English
· Focus on results

· Excellent communication and organization skills
