Job Title: Interiors Architect

Reporting To: Director WW Store Planning

Location: London, W10

Key Responsibilities: Candidates must have a minimum of two year post Part II experience, with retail interiors experience and technical detailing skills. The ability to brainstorm and interpret Brand Strategy is crucial.

Candidates should be highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication, numeration and organisational skills; good spoken and written English is essential.

The candidate will be part of a global team responsible for multiple cross functional projects within real estate, construction and fit out ranging from small Shop in shops to large stand alone flagships and office locations.

Working with key stakeholders within Retail, Wholesale, Licensing, Kids, Mens and Visual Merchandising to build relationships and lines of communication to ensure design and projects are aligned with the global project roadmap.

The role will require good project management skills and will include oversight of the following:

• Producing detailed design drawings

• In store interior design of furniture, rugs, artwork

• Showroom / office interiors

• In store display such as plinths for launches

• Visual Merchandising tools

• Showroom Display such as rails, fixtures and one off launch displays

• Pop up shop concept

• Project presentation

• Interiors drawing review

• Specifying the nature and quality of materials required

• Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction

• Ensuring that the environmental impact of the project is managed

• This position will involve travel so the candidate must have an interest and willingness to travel to worldwide retail locations
