Key Accountabilities

Assisting with HR Administration including Employee Benefits:
· Creating and running reports
· Processing benefit carrier invoices
· Auditing employee benefit eligibility
· Employee leave administration
· Updating/auditing new employee information such as direct deposit, contact details, employee forms
· Creating personnel files
· Teamwork:
· Works proactively with other team members
· Openly shares new ideas and information with other team members
· Keeps other team members appraised to avoid surprises and disappointed clients
· A strong multi-tasker who can juggle multiple different priorities at the same time

Key Requirements:
· Highly competent in all MS office software
· Highly competent with MS Excel
· Strong service and retail focus
· Excellent organizational and planning skills
· Detail orientated
· Fluent in English
· University student (Bachelor in Business, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or any other Bachelor related)
· Excellent communication skills - handles complex and difficult situations with thought and confidence
· Ability to positively challenge and influence to ensure the best business outcome is delivered
· Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
