Key Accountabilities
· Support in the execution of HR Administration & Operations activities
· Support in the HR Information System management
· Support in the management of organizational systems and internal procedures
· Support in the management of onboarding and welcoming activities for new employees
· Support in the management of welfare and benefits matters
· Support in the management of internal communication activities
· Back office duties in cooperation with Sales Support teams in order to provide information to the customer

Qualifications :
Requirements
· Degree or Master in labor law or economics.
· Full proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel
· Fluent English
· Passion for Fashion/Luxury business
· Ability to work within fast growing environments and to contribute to build a new organization
· Flexibility, hands-on approach, ability to handle multi-tasks
· Proven self-organization and time management skills
· Mature personality, self-motivated, positive attitude
