Job description

The Retail HR Coordinator is responsible for performing various HR administrative duties in collaboration with managers and the Retail HR team to support talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development activities, and employee database maintenance. As a member of the Retail HR team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of new and ongoing projects and activities supporting retail employees across the company. This role will also provide broad support for day-to-day HR operations and analysis working closely with Retail HR Associate Director.

Key Requirements

·  At least one or two years of solid administration experience
·  Excellent MS Office skills (Especially Excel – will be a test during the interview)
·  High level integrity and maturity for confidentiality handling
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multi-tasking yet attention to detail
·  Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
·  Excellent reporting skills to create simple yet effective reports
·  Excellent Collaborator
·  Fluent in both written and spoken English
·  HR Experience (including internship) is preferred
