As Restaurant Manager, you will be part of an international project where hospitality, gastronomic culture, and Italian identity merge within the Gucci vision. We are looking for a strong and charismatic leader with a hands-on approach, a solid presence on the floor, and a deep passion for the world of wine. This role requires both technical expertise and managerial skills to lead the team during service while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, operational excellence, and attention to detail.
Key Accountabilities
· Manage and organize the front-of-house team
· Lead and coordinate service with an active and constant presence on the floor
· Oversee and manage the wine cellar, with a strong focus on stock control
· Develop and promote a strong wine culture within the team
· Monitor and analyze operational performance using Excel
· Prepare reports and presentations using PowerPoint
· Collaborate with leadership to maintain and evolve Gucci Osteria standards
Key Requirements
· Solid experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants
· Strong wine knowledge and experience managing structured wine cellars
· Proven leadership and team development skills
· Hands-on approach with consistent presence during service
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
