Role Mission
The candidate will report directly to the Head Digital Sales and Merchandising. He/he will contribute to the definition and execution of a 360° eCommerce merchandising approach for the EMEA Region with a close attention to cross-channel and market specific needs.
Key Accountabilities
·
Support the team in evaluating and providing feedback on Regional eCommerce OTB, in line with sales and growth target, and taking into account specific markets’ needs
·
Partner with Regional Retail Merchandising teams to develop a coherent cross channel strategy; work closely with WW Digital Merchandising to ensure alignment with the brands image and placement
·
Partner with Regional Merchandising and Marketing teams to develop homepage product rotation in line with the brands image and seasonal in-house trends
·
Perform structured merchandising analysis and report on sales, inventory and competitors; provide performance improvement recommendation, in agreement with Regional/WW Merchandising, and inputs on replenishment and reorder
·
Supervise website product merchandising, placement and visibility to optimize sales and alignment with brand pillars
·
Analyze products performance in terms of views, clicks and purchase funnel
·
Collection Launch and Newness publication and visual display management
·
Develop product selection for eCards to effectively engage the customer, in line with the buying strategy and sales objectives
Key Requirements
·
Previous solid experience in Retail/Luxury Retail in Merchandising or Buying
·
Strong analytical skill and proficiency in Google Analytics
·
Passion for the fashion industry, commercial awareness with knowledge of competitors
·
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
·
Enthusiastic individual, open minded and sociable, keen on working and relating with people in a dynamic and challenging environment
·
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
·
Fluent English and Italian
·
Experience on Middle Eastern markets is a “nice to have"
