ROLE MISSION

The Role is focused on creating and developing Richard Ginori Materials for internal and external use and supporting for managing Retail events and International fairs.

He/she works closely with Product Development, Marketing and Sales Department to interpret internal brand needs and develop, create and propose graphic solutions aligned with Brand Values.
This profile main goal is to provide graphic solutions to Corporate and retail activities and supporting in specials projects, in order to produce ideas and concepts following the Brand Guideline.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Graphic Designer

· Analyzing news Internal and external requests providing ideas and graphics solutions
· Interpret business requirements and determines optimum graphic solutions to meet internal needs.
· Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
· Develop and create Graphic materials (brochures, Invitations, Catalogues, Packaging. etc...)
· Monitor and control Graphic projects to ensure deadlines are met
· Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
· Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.

Store & Events Planner:

· Supporting stores and wholesales channel for the creation & installation of new windows concept and in store rotation.
· Management Store planning activities working close to Commercial department and General Services Department
· Supporting in Product Zoning activities for retail, wholesale, events and fairs.
· Pro-actively drive projects and find solutions to increase sell-out when certain conditions suddenly change or happen, discussing solutions with Commercial and marketing department.

Qualifications :

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·  Master degree in Architecture, Graphic Design or analogous specialized training/certification/plurennial experience in Graphic & Interior Design field.
·  Minimum 3-year experience in Graphic Designing and Store Planning with prior exposure in Interior Design Luxury brand is preferred.
·  Proven knowledge in
·  In-Design
·  Photoshop
·  Illustrator
·  Ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a highly dynamic environment
·  Fluent in English, other languages will be considered a plus
·  Freehand drawing will be considered a plus
·  Strong interpersonal, communication and relational skills.
·  A True passion for retail, product, consumer experience, luxury.
·  Good sensitivity on products and aesthetics.
