Job description

Role Objective: The Graduate Trainee, HR Systems will support the Global HR Systems Analyst in the implementation, architecture and transition of our global workforce to new online solutions, including workday. The Graduate Trainee, HR Systems, will support on understanding and analysing current business processes and moving them forward with the HR systems we will be introducing, as well as working with our global teams to harmonize employee data and on identifying and building people reports that supports the overall HR function in strategic decision making.

Key responsibilities:

HRIS Development

· Supports with the HRIS implementation projects and designs processes
· Support with the management of day to day queries and needs from the employee population
· Audits data and processes to ensure accuracy
· Help developing HRIS reporting abilities
· Support with the launch of HRIS by region and roll out of self service
· Develops an understanding of regional HR processes and support configuration of systems to meet needs
· Provide internal and external benchmarking on HR processes and tools
· Supports in training of workforce and moving business processes to online tools
· Support with 3rd party integrations and ensures data accuracy

People Data

· Help assuring accuracy in people data
· Support with people data reporting
· Uploads employee data to TM1
· Pulls together monthly HR Stats and metrics
· Runs org charts and keeps updated
· Creates ad hoc reporting as required

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:




· HRIS background and experience of workday would be advantageous

· Knowledge of HR processes and best practices

· Good excel, numerical and analytical skills

· A positive approach and the ability to network company wide

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to problem solve and work in a logical manner

· Eager to learn and results driven

· Versatile and collaborative style
