Job description
Role Objective: The Graduate Trainee, HR Projects supports the Global HR Projects Analyst in a range of strategic global projects including compensation and rewards, retention, budgeting & forecasting, people engagement and our inclusivity and diversity projects aligned with our EDGE certification. The Graduate Trainee, HR Projects will also support in preparation for bi-annual fashion shows and will regularly collaborate with our regional HR teams.
Key responsibilities:
People Engagement Tool
· Support with the administration of the engagement tool
· Help to create surveys and analyse feedback and provides reports
· Identifies trends and changes to empower decision making
· Support the regional People teams with creating surveys and reviewing results
Paris show File
· Supports general services and legal team with show file
· Supports HRM France with needs for show (temp staff, agency workers)
· Supports with coordinating paperwork for file
Compensation & Rewards
· Supports on a variety of compensation projects such as length of service awards and carrying out benchmarking
· Supports with obtaining and validating data during budget and forecasting processes
Personnel Costs
· Supports in analysing personnel costs and comparison to different scenarios and plans
· Works with regional HRs to ensure accuracy in costs with plan
Recruitment
· Provides reporting from recruitment tool to give overview of global recruitment picture
Diversity & Inclusivity
· Provide various reports on to enable progression in diversity and inclusion
· Follow EDGE action plan with regional teams and supports in the implementation of action plan
· Carries out research and identifies opportunities to improve processes
Additional Projects
· Supports on people retention projects
· Collaborate with Internal Communication Editor to support with internal communication projects as required
Reports
· Prepares data for global starters and leavers calls with regional teams
· Builds data and prepares presentations for wider people team
· Ad hoc reporting
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Prior HR experience would be advantageous.
· Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
· Good excel, numerical and analytical skills.
· A positive approach and the ability to network company wide.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to problem solve and work in a logical manner.
