We are currently seeking a Part-time Communications Assistant who will report to the Communications Manager as part of our dynamic team in Hong Kong.

How you will contribute  

· 
Manage samples and showroom, e.g. send and receive of samples, tracking of shipment, etc.

· 
Coordinate local and overseas sample rotations

· 
Prepare presentation and regular reports

· 
Assist in event preparation and material tools coordination

· 
Support in invoice handling and data input

· 
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Who you are  

· 
Higher Diploma or above with knowledge of PR concepts is a plus

· 
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

· 
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese typing

· 
Good communications skills and be a good team player

· 
Attention to detail and self-motivated

· 
Able to work 3 days per week is highly preferred
