Job Description

We are currently looking for a Men’s RTW & Shoes Merchandiser, reporting to the General Merchandising Manager r to join our dynamic team in Korea.

How you will contribute:

1) Collection Order

· 
Set Store cluster by category

· 
Order and system upload by product category and store cluster and give feedback and final buying review to HQ merchandising team

· 
Permanent assortment review and mapping by store per season

2) Allocation

· 
Collection mapping by store cluster

· 
Rebalance stock; Weekly Store to Store Transfer

· 
Daily distribution by seasonal collection mapping

· 
Manage and maximize sell thru by store

· 
Markdown stock allocation  

3) Inventory Management

· 
Check the Shipment via SCDM and Share the information w/ stores

· 
Check PM stock-level and Request stock-replenishment in low stock level

· 
ICT at WW level

4) Store Support



· 
Store opening; Merchandising plan & allocation

· 
Seasonal event (incl. in store)/pop up merchandising allocation



· 
Set Monthly focus to drive the sales

· 
Store visit to figure out sales trend and plan sales promotion each season

Stock transfer according to VM guideline



· 
Feedback and communication on daily request by store

· 
Store visit

5) Reporting



· 
Merchandising feedback & Market request

· 
Competitors Price Survey & Analysis

· 
-Sales recap & Strategy to share w/ store team

6) Conduct Seasonal Collection Training

7) Bi-Weekly Call With WW Retail Merchandising Team

9) Markdown / Regular Price Management

Who you are:

· 
Enriched Fashion industry knowledge and possess a sense of fashion trends and market.

· 
Strong leadership and communicator with a proven track record in leading, coaching, developing and succession planning of buying team

· 
Proficient especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to think logically with orderly manner in sales analysis.

· 
Ability on using different interface (JDA and RDM) systems.

· 
Attentive to details & result-oriented with flexible & positive thinking.

· 
A team player with pleasant personality and the ability to work independently.

· 
Dedication and good determination to meet deadlines.

· 
Minimum 3 years’ experience in fashion merchandising/buying role with international fashion/luxury brand companies, RTW buying experience is preferred
