Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives, supporting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.
How you will contribute

Talent Acquisition
·
Assist in talent acquisition process including job posting, resume screening through various channels, including local job boards and internal platform
·
Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
·
Employee Engagement
·
Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work environment
·
Assist in organizing employee events, workshops, and team-building activities
·
Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and other tools to assess engagement levels
·
Create and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged
·
General HR Support
·
Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
·
Coordinate and schedule business meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
·
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as required
Who you are
·
5 working days per week preferred
·
Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese which is a must
·
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources ( preferred) or other major
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
·
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR practices
·
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
·
6 months internship requests having valid work visa in HK
·
We will sponsor work visa for 12 months internship
