We are currently seeking a Global Retail Training Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan, for a 6-month curricular internship.

How you will contribute?

Support to Digital Learning

·  Upload and maintain content in the Digital E-Learning App.
·  Create small, engaging videos to support training initiatives.

Shooting and training event Creation

·  Organize and set up video shoots with external partners during showroom and other locations, including relationship with external partners and models, stock preparation and equipment hire.
·  Coordinate training events, including booking rooms, restaurants, and other logistics.

Training Administration and Reporting

·  Provide operational support in day-to-day training activities and global training projects.
·  Consolidate regional data capture and generate reports for all training KPIs.

Who you are?

·  Excellent digital skills and other Web base skills (familiarity with video editing, e.g. Canva)
·  Up-to-date on fashion and luxury trends, market news, and industry developments.
·  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
·  Excellent fluency in English; Italian knowledge will be considered a plus
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills
·  Excellent organizational and time-management skills
·  High orientation to details
