We are currently seeking a Global Digital Business Analyst Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute:

·  Monitor and report ecommerce performance regularly across channels in terms of sales, orders and other related metrics
·  Assist in gathering and analysing e-commerce data using tools like GA4 and Tableau to provide insights into customer behaviour, product performance, and sales trends
·  Support the preparation of presentation to keep the Top Management update on all relevant projects
·  Prepare post-events analysis to spot missing opportunities
·  Support sales and orders forecast process for key markets and regions
·  Build dashboards to support ecommerce team and stakeholders allowing them in taking more data-driven and informed decisions

Who you are:

·  Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Management and/or any equivalent studies, eligible for a 6-month curricular internship  
·  Analytical skills in Excel, Power Point, Outlook with a willingness to learn and develop proficiency in data analysis tools
·  Fluent in English
·  Previous internship experience in a business analyst role within the e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus
·  Passion for the luxury fashion industry and e-commerce
·  Excellent communication and teamwork skills
