We are currently seeking a Digital Content Coordinator who will report to the Creative Content & Operations Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

Your opportunity

Digital Content Coordinator is in charge of the distribution of Bottega Veneta’s digital contents according to the Marketing and Merchandising seasonal plans.

How you will contribute

Two are the main areas of accountability:

(i) Digital content management - Website

•              Management of the creative production schedule for the web redesign project (pitching agencies, RFP phase, creative timeline definition, agency coordination, design & development phase management)

•              Determine job requirements, communicate priorities and validate schedule of all activities related to the website

•              Translations management

(ii) Email marketing activities coordination

•              Coordinate activities across different organizational functions (CRM, marketing, merchandising, ecommerce)

•              Assets flow management to respect timing, quality & compatibility for send out

•              Emails test

Who you are

·  Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or e-commerce content production
·  Outstanding organizational skills; ability to prioritize and to deliver consistently high results
·  Excellent communication skills; ability to Influence others inside the organization, superb listening and reasoning
·  High attention to detail and sensitivity to luxury
·  Fluent in English (written and spoken)
·  High level of competence with Adobe Photoshop and Excel.
