We are currently seeking a Part-time Client Advisor who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Marbella Puerto Banus from June to August.

Meet performance expectations and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction in alignment with company standards.

How you will contribute

·  Act as the first point of contact for all clients , delivering a warm, refined, and personalized welcome that embodies the brand’s luxury standards.
·  Liaise closely with the sales team  to ensure a seamless handover from greeting to consultation, minimizing perceived wait times and enhancing overall client satisfaction.
·  Collaborate with Client Advisors  to engage, entertain, and inform clients during waiting moments by sharing brand heritage, collection highlights, and key service offerings, elevating the client journey.
·  Support the selling team  by responding efficiently to stock availability and sizing requests, contributing to a smooth and effective sales process.
·  Uphold Brand values and internal procedures  at all times.
·  Deliver exceptional customer service  in alignment with the Brand’s standards.

Who you are

·  Previous experience in a similar role
·  Fluent in English and Spanish
·  High attention to detail, ability to work in organized manner
·  Availability, flexibility, client orientation, team spirit
