Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel: Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description -Store Management: Oversees and guides the stores to ensure a unique customer experience. Manages the relationship between clients and sales team. For the customer, this is the visible face of the brand. Sub-Job Family Description - Assistant Store Manager: Partners with the store manager to achieve business goals. Supports day-to-day running of the store, CRM activities, loss prevention, human resources management and visual merchandising presentation. Acts as a brand ambassador with consistently high standards to enhance sales and motivate store staff to excel.

Your opportunity

You will be responsible for the overall management of the store according to Store Manager’s directions.  You will lead the Department Managers and store sales team in order to meet and exceed all sales and KPIs goals, in compliance with all processes and guidelines. Also, you will also responsible for promoting brand engagement to clients to guarantee the quantitative and qualitative goals assigned to bring the store at its full potential.

How you will contribute

·  Support Store Manager oversees floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational functions within the Store
·  Manage a retail sales team while overseeing daily store operations including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management, complaints handling, etc.
·  Lead and motivate retail sales team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
·  Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with Balenciaga’s standards and requirements
·  Attract, develop and retain talent by creating a positive work environment and a feedback culture
·  Build customer database and maintain a good relationship with valuable customers and VIP

Who you are

·  Prior experience in retail and customer services industry with people & store operation management
·  Inclusive leadership style and excellent organizational skills
·  Adaptability, persuasiveness, risk-taking & dynamic
·  High sensitivity to clients’ experiences and loyalty
·  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
·  Good PC skills such as MS Office and other digital tools
