Assistant Accountant (AR+GL)

Job description

SUMMARY

This position is in the shared services team and responsible for daily accounting functions for multiple retail brands in the Hong Kong and Macau markets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform account payables and account receivable for multi brands
· Process payments, expenses reimbursements, and petty cash
· Prepare cash flow report on regularly basis
· Prepare BS & PL schedules
· Assist in month end closing, and reconciliation in the accounting shared services team
· Support daily accounting duty and perform ad hoc assignment from time to time as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications :

QUALIFICATIONS

·  Bachelor Degree in accountingor finance or equivalent is preferred
·  Minimum 3-year relevant accounting experience
·  Proficient in MS Office, previous exposure in JDE is preferred
·  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
·  Responsible, good communication skill, well organized, self-motivated as well as a good team player
·  Immediate availability is preferred
