Human Resources:

· 
Provide administrative support for the HR team, covering all aspects of the employment lifecycle.

· 
Perform recruitment activities including job posting, screening candidates, interview arrangement and etc.

· 
Consolidate HR data and prepare various reports for management review

· 
Assist with preparation of HR correspondences

· 
Assist with organizing staff relations activities

Office Administration:

· 
To provide clerical and administration support including but not limited to handling receptionist duties, maintaining office supplies, facilities and cleanliness

· 
To coordinate and arrange travel booking of the team

· 
To maintain attendance system and prepare monthly attendance report

· 
To assist in ad hoc assignments / projects as required

REQUIREMENTS

· 
Diploma holder and above

· 
Minimum 1-year experience in sizable companies is preferred

· 
Able to work independently, detail minded and well organized

· 
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill

· 
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
