We are currently seeking a Junior Omnichannel and E-Business Analyst to join the Alexander McQueen team based in our central London offices.
Alexander McQueen are recruiting a new and pivotal role for the E-Business and Omnichannel team to be the main point of contact to deliver high – quality analyses and insights, understanding the performance over time and recommending improvements.
The Junior Digital Data Analyst will help the E-Business department understanding the consumer; looking at their behaviours and attitudes to help providing them with the best possible onsite and brand experience. They will drive actionable insight by combining online, omnichannel, CRM and operations data as well as customer’s opinions and feedback.
The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing different data sources with business requirements, while being sensitive to the specifics of a top tier luxury house. They are focused on accuracy and on the optimization of a full stack of KPIS, in order to deliver a best in class experience to our clients.
Working across multiple projects simultaneously, the candidate must be passionate and organized, with a mindset apt at managing and building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally, reporting on the status of their activities and projects and managing opportunities/risks.
How you will contribute :

Business as usual:
In coordination with the Omnichannel and E-Business Analyst you will ensure the delivery of effective and efficient daily analysis for the brand.com and omni business.
You will create effective and easy to read reports, optimize all reporting activities (weekly/monthly/ad hoc analysis) ensuring on time delivery and data quality to deliver relevant outputs. Work with other internal department such as merchandising, web marketing, CRM, operations and marketplaces in order to provide reports with a 360° approach.
You will play as internal area consultant, contributing in the evolution of the analysis from a performance evaluation perspective. Increase proactivity in driving more advanced analysis enlarging knowledge using a combination of different data sources and cooperating with different stakeholders
You will study and identify new KPIs in order to include the new omni-channel strategy. Be proactive in flagging, escalating and owning the resolution/implementation of issues arising as they relate to the gathering of requirements or the health of the backlog/sprint. Be the technical and subject matter authority on what concerns the area. Act as Business Analytics platform owner
Be the bridge between BI and Business team - identifying, understanding, and articulating high-level business requests and technical impacts on Tableau. Be able to prioritize deliverables and understand the technical feasibility of the request.
Enable delivery of scope - using agile tools (JIRA, confluence, etc) to communicate and document clear, unambiguous functional and non-functional business requirements to the agreed standards.
Provide analytical support to achieve project team’s objectives.
Build a benchmark track that will help us to better position vs competitors
Participating in the design and adoption of the omnichannel culture. Establish and track the KPI suite to monitor Omni sales and activities across all touchpoints of the customer journey, working collaboratively with Kering, Retail team and all the Regions.
Your Skills and Experience:
University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Must have experience in data analysis, possibly with a focus on Digital, CRM or Omnichannel.
Experience working with retail organizations desirable
Advanced Excel Skills, confident in analyzing and interpreting data. Tableau and data visualization experience highly desirable. Google Analytics basic data knowledge desirable.
Proficiency in Office suite (Power Point, Word and Outlook)
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
Strong eye for detail, highly organized and able to work calmly under pressure and deadlines
Collaborative, team player with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and team members. Contribute to the achievement of team objectives
Naturally proactive and creative problem solver, self-motivated and goal-oriented
Excellent communication skills and consistent follow-through
Second European language desirable (Italian/French)
