By utilizing your strong communication skills and attention to detail you'll help us produce one of the world's most favorite products – cookies!!! HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
In your role as a Machine Operator you will be part of our success by:

· Producing high quality finished goods
· Ensuring efficient and safe machine operation
· Inspecting equipment and performing basic adjustments and preventative maintenance when needed
· Following all Company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
· Hanging out with the cool kids in a collaborative team environment

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed - and a hunger for cookies - to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

REQUIRED:

·  2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position
·  High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
·  Operational understanding of manufacturing processes
·  Demonstrated ability to operate machinery
·  Ability to follow instructions, verbal and written
·  Effective communication, interpersonal, technical, problem solving and organizational skills
·  Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above waist at a maximum of fifty pounds
·  Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts that include Saturdays and Sundays. Must be able to work overtime as required
BONUS POINTS:

·  High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
·  Experience in a food manufacturing industry
·  Mechanical aptitude
