WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Grow with us as a Category Management Manager designing strategies for category growth and creating plans for clients based on shopper, consumer and customer understanding.

As the mains responsibilities, You will Support Customer Marketing Channel, Customer Development and Marketing team with analysis, strategy design, reports, presentations and KPI's control, and drive CATMAN entire process with main customers.

Intern relationship and Interface between local and regional Teams, of Marketing, Insights & Planning, Procurement & Purchasing, Customer Development, Customer Service, Merchandising and Finance.

Dealing with BTL Agency, Institutes, Merchandising Outsourcings, Research Agencies, other FMCG companies

Team leader with a good skills of leadership, in order to manage and develop 03 direct reports.

As a Category Expert Development : Will be responsible to build relevant shopper solution programs to drive competitive advantage across our key channels and customers.

Improve connectivity to the Commercial & Innovation planning process.

Define Promotional calendar per category to drive Customer Marketing Channel calendar implementation.

Shopping Environment Expertise : Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to win in the market, adapting consumer and shopper business opportunities into a specific 5P´s actionable plan for different Retail Environments, Build and Develop the Strategy and 5P plans , Path to purchase shopper understanding and insights.

Shopper Experience Design : Insight-based shopper solutions

Revenue Growth Management : Ensure proper Price relation increasing value for our brands in each segment, category and store format, develop Reports to monitor 5P's execution and key indicators to guarantee the business management, understand, support and deploy (with insights and planning area) the key shopper insights per category an

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Required:
·  Bachelor Degree
·  Fluent in English language (oral and written)
·  Good communication within different levels of organizations (internal/external), good networking skills, high level of assertiveness
·  Category and shopper understanding
·  Prior P&L and expense control responsibility
Desired:
·  Previous experience in Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing field
·  Previous experience in CATMAN
