Assistant Brand Manager - Wholesome Snacks

Job description

This is an exciting time to join our Wholesome Snacks Marketing team in our UK Headquarters based in Media City, Manchester.

This Assistant Brand Manager role will give you the opportunity to deliver fully integrated Marketing & Commercial plans for key brands across the Kellogg portfolio, UK & Ireland.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

· Accountable for market share performance of assigned brands.
· Help shape brand growth strategy & plans
· Own end to end activation of brand initiatives
· Deliver the business targets for assigned brands in the UK & Ireland
· Manage local Marketing budget for assigned brands
· Identify, diagnose and solve brand-level performance issues
· Support business planning process with necessary forecasting inputs
· Enable and support the sales teams to drive a winning wholesome snacks agenda with Retailers.

·  Marketing Experience : brand development (Insight, Brand Strategy & Planning, Equity tools, Comms, Media Mix), brand activation (POS, Partnerships, Shopper Marketing) and innovation experience.
·  Commercial Experience : FMCG, B2B, Retail environment, Brand KPI's
·  Project Management : Setting goals, milestones, tracking performance, creative problem solving and drawing on learnings to strengthen plans for the future.

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Travel within Europe may be required but will not be extensive.
