The Kawasaki fund is looking for a qualified intern to join our marketing and fundraising team.
Our charity is in a developmental period and seeks an intern who can participate in various stages of marketing, business development and fundraising campaigns to help take the charity to the next level.
This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing, business development and fundraising campaign development and management.
Oversee all aspects of social media, including internal and external events, experience in exhibitions.
-Creating daily event listing and media updates
-Coordinate with event organisers for the listing and social media updates
-Think of creative campaigns with Social Media Coordinator and organisers
-Creating social media campaigns and listings for events
-Maintaining a working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
-Demonstrate interest and engagements in pushing the charities goals and ethos
-Managing and overseeing day to day posting and blogs related to the core business in Social media channels.
-Planning multiple campaigns at once
Flexible, the office is open of 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday- Friday
This internship will be unpaid. Oversee and follow up with stakeholders on strategies for social media necessary to boost the Charities image, to convey our core messages and values.
Duration of internship depends on the person as well as it being part time or full time
- Knowledge of main social media channels very useful, but training and guidance will be given to the right candidate.
- The Charity is looking for an undergraduate student in the London area who is majoring in Sales, -
- Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations.
- This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of - Microsoft office. Knowledge of Wordpress, HTML, Illustrator and Indesign will be prioritised.
