Job description

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Replenishment Lead, this position is responsible for day-to-day activities within the Operations Replenishment department. These activities include (but are not confined to):

General Activities
• Responsible for the daily activities associated with the physical Warehouse, policies, procedures, processes and systems.
• Supports the Replenishment Lead in ensuring the supply of products and materials to each of the production facilities.
• Follow policies and procedures that ensure optimum storage and handling of products and materials in the Warehouse and production areas
• Support shipping schedules to ensure that customer requirements are met
• Support Warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
• Support JBIL goals and objectives
• Work assigned shift patterns to meet Business needs and the Operations schedule.
• Ensure the optimum storage and handling of products and materials in the Warehouse and production areas
• Support the use of Vendor Managed Inventory systems
• Ensure all material is stored and handled in a manner that complies with GMP, JBIL policies and procedures as well as regulatory body directives and guidelines
• Ensure the physical Warehouse structures and equipment are maintained in excellent operational condition.
• Follow procedures to support Weigh and Dispense Operation.
• Support Environmental Monitoring schedule

General Scope and Responsibilities:
• Lead by example and strive to perform to high operational standards at all times

• Carry out routine and non-routine tasks delegated by Replenishment Lead according to appropriate procedures, values and standards.
• Carry out all activities in compliance with corporate and cGMP/EHS regulatory requirements.
• Report deviations promptly to the Replenishment Lead to ensure compliance with EHS and GMP requirements.
• Compliance with Replenishment, Operations and general site procedures at all times.
• Actively participate in PC&D processes
• Completion of all documentation in compliance with site procedures and GDP.
• Completion of transactions on SAP, and other systems.
• Ensure that housekeeping standards in the warehouse and within operations are maintained to a very high standard of GMP readiness
• Segregation, processing and staging of Warehouse materials waste for off-site disposal.
• Participate in Emergency Response/Fire/First Aid teams as necessary.
• Assist with generation, review and revision of Operations documentation as necessary.
• Deputize for Replenishment Lead as appropriate.
• Travel to other J&J sites and other external sites for training as required.
• Ensure that personal training requirements are completed in compliance with site procedures.
• Training Support and provide a Learning environment for new recruits to the Replenishment Team.

Significant Security, Environmental, Health & Safety considerations:

At least 2 background checks for a minimum of 5 years for new warehouse personnel.

New Warehouse personnel will be required to make a Declaration of any criminal
history.

Desired profile

Qualification and Experience :


Essential:
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent/similar qualification.
• Ability to adhere to batch records, SOPs and work instructions
• Ability to understand rationale behind tasks being performed
• Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.



Desirable:
• Operations experience within a GMP regulated environment.
• Experience of SAP and/or other business systems.
• 3rd Level Logistics related qualification.
