Trade Marketing Manager ACH

Role purpose
Development and execution of strong customer marketing plans for Key Accounts in ACH as well as management of the performance of a given market segment within the ACUVUE® portfolio in DACH by developing and executing a strong plan to achieve the identified business objectives.

Main responsibilities

External Management

·  Understand market, category, brand and customer dynamics in ACH
·  Use category insights to identify customer opportunities
·  Understand the wearer map for the channel and customers (movement of new wearers, drop outs, switchers)
·  Understand key customers overall strategy and the role of contact lenses
·  Understand key customers current and targeted wearers
·  Understand key customer needs and motivations to be able to develop a targeted marketing strategy
·  Measure the impact and ROI of customer initiatives
·  Demonstrate a clear financial opportunity in all customer proposals
·  Respond and follow up in a timely manner any marketing related customer enquiries by post, telephone, e-mail or personal visits.
·  Maintain comprehensive, accurate and up to date product and clinical knowledge
·  Formulate segment strategy for DACH and create annual plan to deliver it
·  Execute communication campaigns as well as consumer promotions including the management and delivery of messaging and their deployment through media and PR
·  Establish success criteria for all activities and measurements against specific KPIs
·  Management of external agencies
Business Planning

·  Create, agree and implement strategic plan for DACH designed to reach segment goals
·  Plan and implement marketing activities within agreed budgets, sales volumes, values and KPI's
·  Plan and execute new product launches within agreed time plan, defined targets and KPI's
·  Efficient budget allocation and monitoring
Internal Management

·  Analyze customer goals, needs and target groups together with Key Account Manager ACH or Commercial Manager ACH to identify and create targeted marketing plans and activities for the key customers
·  Teamwork as part of a cross functional team with key stakeholders in the local country marketing and EMA franchise marketing teams
·  Provide feedback and market knowledge to team
·  Managing and exceeding the needs of the JJVC business must be driven by CREDO and be fully compliant with regulatory and HCC requirements
Administration

·  Appropriate administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and communication.
Development :

·  Attend trainings to develop the relevant knowledge and skills to increase awareness & techniques to improve performance

·  University degree
·  2 years of sales experience
·  2 years of marketing experience
·  Analytical and numerical skills
·  Tactical and long-term thinking
·  Excellent clinical and product knowledge
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills
·  Excellent project management skills
·  Good interpersonal skills
·  Priority setting
·  Very good English skills and fluent in German, French is an advantage
·  Driving Licence
·  PC Literacy
