Our production site is searching for a passionate Production and PI Supervisor!

The Production Supervisor and PI is responsible for production of one sector and continuous improvement of DePuy Mitek Sàrl. In agreement with their superior, they participate in the elaboration of the objectives of their group and in the follow-up of these objectives, while respecting the general objectives of J&J Neuchâtel. They put in place the necessary actions for their realization and reports regularly to their superior. They set up resources to ensure that production and continuous improvement objectives are achieved and they ensure the deployment of Lean Manufacturing throughout the Business Unit.
They actively participate in the continuous improvement of the processes to satisfy the demand, the production costs and to meet the requirements in terms of quality, safety, ergonomics and environment.
They support audits, NCs, CAPAS as Production SME.
They create a work environment that promotes teamwork and ensures that employees are treated fairly and recognized for their contributions to the company's success.

Desired profile

Qualifications
Technical degree, CFC or more
Computer skills
Good knowledge of English, spoken, read and written
GB Lean and / or Six Sigma
Project management

Conscientious and organized, he/she is a good coach, manager and organizer. Moreover, the candidate has good resistance to stress and is flexible and available. This person has a very practical mindset and is comfortable managing teams and projects. They are a leader with a sense of urgency and priorities, and promotes team spirit.Mastering French and English is a must. He/she has good knowledge of Process Improvement and Project Management.
