Pricing Analyst & Contract Management

Location: Zug

Full time permanent contract

Role Overview:

Pricing Analyst assists in the administration, implementation and tracking of sales activities and programs. He/She is responsible for meeting planning and facilitation, presentations, training courses, and other duties. He/ She provides team support to the staff of sales administration. Junior Analyst role with maximum of 2 years experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Securing of the daily operational Pricing tasks for Medical Devices Switzerland
· Maintain / record of customer discounts into our ERP systems incl. observance of all SOX requirements
· Check and / or gather list prices on schedule
· Maintenance of correct product master data in our ERP's
· Calculation of year-end rebates according to our customer contracts
· Support / preparation of the monthly year-end rebates accruals on customer level
· Securing / coordination of final credit memos for year-end rebates on a periodic basis
· Preparation of different reports and master data management
· Prepare customer specific reports & analysis
· Management of different customer master data for our commercial reporting
· Support our Strategic Account Managers and Pricing Manager s
· Administration / maintenance of our customer contracts
· Support / assistance for implementation of internal pricing relevant processes and projects

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Completed Commercial Education with 1-2 years of experience
·  Native language German and good English & French knowledge
·  Very good IT knowledge (mainly Excel, ERP systems SAP / JDE…)
·  Very good analytical skills and flair for numbers
·  Personal responsibility, solution-focused method of operating and high degree of engagement
·  Conscientious, accurate and autonomous working
·  Team player
